This is our most cost – effective shipping option. Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery times within the USA are approximately 5 – 7 business days. For international orders, depending on the destination, it may take 10 – 20 business days. This method is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry and prefer a budget – friendly choice.
During transit, your package will be insured for the value of the items you’ve purchased. We use reliable shipping carriers such as DHL and Fedex to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Express Shipping:
If you need your order in a hurry, our express shipping service is the perfect solution. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. For domestic deliveries, you can expect to receive your package in 2 – 3 business days. International express shipping usually takes 3 – 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries around the world. However, due to local regulations and shipping carrier limitations, we may not be able to ship to certain regions. Returns
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 12 days of receiving the package. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply log in to your account on our website, go to the “Order History” section, and click on the “Return” button next to the order you wish to return.If you do not have an account, you can contact our customer service team at support@mypetbye.com to request a return.
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will provide a free return label. You can print the label from your account or receive it via email from our customer service team.
If you are returning an item because you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of return shipping will depend on the shipping method you choose and the weight and destination of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received by us.
